Theola Kinnard, MS, RBT / Clinic Operation Manager
My passion and journey for working with children and families started 10 years ago. I received my undergraduate degree in Children and Family Studies, with a minor in Psychology. I went on to earn a Masters Degree in Social Work with a minor in Human Services for Underserved Populations. Following my graduation in 202, I began working in the field of ABA and feel in love with the work. I decided that this is the field I want to pursue as a career, and I’ve been working actively to grow and learn in the ABA world ever since. I spent one year working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) before being promoted to the Clinic Manager role at another ABA company. I joined The Next Step Academy family in October 2022 as the Clinic Operation Manager. I am passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of our clients and our employees as part of the Next Step Team.
